Experience
I have scored in the top 1% of all test takers worldwide in the GMAT, GRE, SAT and ACT. For example, my GMAT score is 750! I am very qualified as a tutor and currently work for Optimus Prep, a leading test prep company featured on gmatclub.com as one of the top rated companies. With years of test prep experience as a private tutor, alongside impeccable educational credentials and numerous commendations & certifications, I am a consummate master of Mathematics, teaching all levels, from elementary through college curricula. My specialties comprise of: Algebra, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Basic Math, Language Arts, Writing, and Pre-Algebra. I also tutor a wide range of standardized tests including the SAT, PSAT, SSAT, ISSE, SHSAT, GED, GMAT, GRE, Praxis, Regents, TEAS, and more. For me, teaching is not just a job: It is my calling. Tutoring isn't work; it’s a fulfilling activity that I would jump at the chance to do. I like being a positive influence in a student’s life and enjoy using my knowledge to help them succeed in school. I have been academically savvy throughout my life. I was a consistent honors student in high school and college, while consistently active in extracurricular activities. I was previously trained at several tutoring organizations as a math and test prep tutor, and also taught students in the North NJ and NYC areas. SAT students I tutored saw an average increase of 150-270 points and GMAT clients improved on average by about 100 points, while a majority of students earning D’s have excelled to A’s and B’s. Over the years, I worked with hundreds of students and boosted their scores. I am very confident in my ability to help and therefore offer a free and non-committal online trial hour!
